1. Agreement
By purchasing or using an EasyLapse license ("License") you agree to these terms. EasyLapse is published by the EasyLapse team ("we", "us"). Sales on this website are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record — your payment contract is with Paddle; your License grant is from us.
2. License grant
- Each License key permits one active device at a time, used by the licensee.
- Term Licenses (1 year / 2 years) allow use of the latest software version while the term is active. After expiry the software stops exporting but your projects and data remain accessible.
- Lifetime Licenses grant perpetual use of the software, including all updates released within 3 years of activation. Later major versions may require an optional update-package purchase; versions covered during the update window keep working forever.
3. Restrictions
- Do not share, resell, sub-license or publish License keys.
- Do not reverse engineer, circumvent activation, or use the software to produce unlawful content.
- Keys used for fraud, resale or abuse may be suspended.
4. Delivery & activation
Keys are delivered by email to the payment address and shown on the order success page. Activation requires an EasyLapse account (email + verification code) and binds the key to one device. You may move the License to a new device via the in-app device manager.
5. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy (14 days, key not activated). Statutory consumer rights are unaffected where they apply.
6. Warranty & liability
The software is provided "as is". We warrant the key will activate as described. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the License.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published at your purchase date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
